This will be the easiest blanket to make for wee and big Bea. I think I'll find a thin batting for the middle and put flowers on one side and the creamy chenille on the other.

Can you see how soft the chenille is? You suddenly want to be a naked baby on it, huh?

Week three is wrapping up and has proven to be the week of getting used to our new lives. Bea's personality is really shining through by way of new dimples and fun vocal sounds. She's calmed by Dad so easily and fed by Mom so often. Our days are pretty sweet.
